Pesto Linguinie with parma ham

ASDA basil x 2 pack
ASDA pine nuts x half pack
extra virgin olive oil
garlic clove x 3

Pesto sauce
  • pick basil leaf, peel garlic skin. Fry pine nuts until fragrance in medium low heat;
  • blend pine nuts with blender. add in garlic, basil leaf and olive oil, blend until smooth with thin texture.

Linguinie
  • boil water, add in lots of salt, a bit of olive oil, cook linguinie until well done.
  • stir linguine with pesto sauce, season with salt. Sprinkle olive oil

serve with parma ham and pan fry egg.
